To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note, if you received free shipping (for orders over $150) and the refund brings you under the "free shipping cap" we will deduct our shipping costs off your refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
The best way to exchange your item is to send back what you don't want for a merchandise refund and reorder the item you would like instead. We need to process exchanges this way because we are unable to charge you again for shipping and we can't guarantee inventory will be available for the exchange.
If the item was purchased for you as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If you would like to return the gift, please call or text us at customer service at 954-482-7777 or 954-909-5999 so we can give you a discount code to be used when you place your next order. This discount code will be in the amount of the merchandise minus shipping charges and the $5 restock fee. Alternatively, we can refund the sweet person who bought it for you. When returning a gift please specify you received it as a gift in the package with the merchandise.
RETURNING A PRODUCT

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We do like to do our part for the environment, and we think it's a cool idea to turn the " bag of love " inside out and repurpose it , just use it to send us back the merchandise, please.
Please allow us at least 7 DAYS . We now have to measure the Exumas pants , because we did get burned by people cutting them and returning them. So that takes time.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We will process a cancellation request for you provided the merchandise has not left the warehouse or has not been posted to leave the warehouse. A cancellation is like a refund in that you are subject to the same $5.00 restock fee. You will be refunded to your credit card or pay pal account minus $5.00.
